I thought granting of options was supposed to be a performance based incentive?

My investment is down about 250% and my friends investment is down 500% and we invested alot of money in GNH. Is not the primary responsiblity of management suppose to be to create shareholder wealth, not kill it? We are at 52 week lows, hello?

I personally don't think these options were earned.
