Hi Herb;

I am also a Mennonite .....and my mother's rule has always been "a good Mennonite buys from a Jew, then sells to a Scottsman, and still makes a profit!"

You don't buy warrants without a 25% spread to cost. The smart money sells short and then excercises the warrants to lock the profit if the margin is tighter, but never do you buy warrants when the market price is cheaper.

Try contacting the company on masse, and request an extension to the warrant certificate. Many companies will do this for their shareholders and it is perfectly legal to do so. It also creates a comfort level for future financings if you know you will be taken care of through the dips by your company. Don't ask......won't get!

Take care and best of luck!
