New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
Another example is Goldex...great deposit, low cost production and then BAM, structural failure and a complete write off of the asset by Agnico. However, we have a long way to go before running into that kind of issue. Goldex however still remains a good comparison for us. They had grades of 1.7g/t in their resource estimate yet were mining much higher grades, forget exactly what that was but seem to remember something between 4-5g/t. We are getting better results and a telling sign is that Bay street is now calling and asking questions. Never means that anything is guaranteed but if the big boys start sniffing around, that is great news.
I still think some good results from Champagne are not priced in at all right now and we have another bonanza grade hole to come. By putting our consistently good results, we will keep climbing if the market stays decent.
Cheers,
G.
