I recall the same mantra being played back in the 80's for gold.........and that you couldn't pay to much for a condo in Toronto in 1989........that you could invest into ANY dot com company in the late 90's and there would be no limit to how high they would go......and you couldn't pay to much for a house in SW Florida or Las Vegas in 2007.

I've heard all the experts........ all unanimously spout stories of....... "it can't happen" .

It can ....it could and it does. Exuberence in the market is what parasites like me live for. I'm in SW Florida right now, buying for 20 cents on the dollar from many of those very same experts.........or their expert bankers.
