GNH gave this land away for a few reasons:

1. they know they have enough gold under the land they currently own, they dont need anymore

2. lets be nice to the environment

3. share the wealth

4. they already have tonnage tonnage tonnage and we will see the first tonnage out soon.

This will be a great story soon enough....
