On the brighter side, I am reminded of how incredible a place this region would be to build a mine. You have it all, quite literally and as beautiful as this part of the Province is - there is so much space that leaving claims for parks/schools/villages/cemetaries/whatever will probably never ever be an issue.

At some point, someone with vision and really deep pockets is going to realize this and this region will never be the same...in a very good way for everyone. I say that with confidence.
