So let me understand this correctly.........it isn't that you mind being ripped off and have someone cook the books ........ it only matters WHO is doing the ripping and cooking?

I'm not saying that the big banks aren't gangsters......but in the case of Greece you have an entire country, including it's bankers, who possibly turned out to be a bunch of crooks.......and this is ok....why?

Greece is a partner in an economic union. They had a responsibility to that union. This isn't about a country who couldn't pull it's own weight (Alabama)....it is about a country that WOULDN'T pull it's own weight, and that took advantage of their partners to offload their irresponsible spending on them.

If you and your business partners are ripped off by a crooked bank then you get a new bank.

If your business partner rips you off..........you ......what?

pay the bill and let them take another run at you?......i don't think so.

What are the other partners supposed to think? that it's ok.....no recriminations.....business as usual?

You'd make it half way through the next quarter before everyone has their fingers in the till.

The EU needs to pay the bill and then throw the bums out!....imo
