I know of at least one company that has their own drill and mill, but this is not their board so I won't mention them, you see. They state that they save a bunch of money by having their own drill. Lease it out to do work for a related company as well.

It's about trying to find some creative solutions to our current dilemma. If we go down the well worn path of trying to raise money and dilute the heck out of the existing holders, I think we all know the end result. History will tell us that path never ends well. Not even sure that path is available at present. Maybe it is time for something completely different.
