You are absolutely dead on about the Canadian dollar. We should be alot higher but its like that saying "scratch my back i'll scrath yours" he is an alumni and he will always act in favour of the Americans. Funny how David Dodge was replaced just when teh smoke show started down there. I expect the Candian backs to cut rates again sometime in the next couple of weeks, why? i dunno but i guess they have to! they should really be raising rates if you ask me!
