Not true, Sarah Palin admitted that when growing up, her family went to Canada all the time for healthcare. Look at all the seniors that came to Canada for prescription drugs before the Drug Benefit was passed (a Bush program that will cost more than the Iraq war since no cap on prices was negotiated with the drug companies). Some states are still contemplating buying all their prescription drugs from Canada with typical arrogance by not asking Canada first. And another reason why American don't come to Canada for healthcare is most provinces have a 3 to 6 month residency requirement brought in to prevent freeloaders from using healthcare but not paying for it.
