What "right" are you referring to here? My understanding of the warrants is that ECU has no rights to act on them. Once the warrant holder takes ownership he/she then has the right to purchase a share, using the warrant, at the $0.90 exercise price up to the expiry date. To my knowledge the company cannot interfere with that right in any way. Do you know of some language in the legal documents relating to the warrants that states otherwise? I would be very surprised if the company could "exercise" on the warrants in any way.
