I am with TDW in the UK on an e-account. I got a "corporate action notification" and thought that would be to vote but no it was only to tell me there is likely to be a merger without any facility to vote so I too have been disenfranchised. I am not too worried, however, as I am fairly sure the merger will be approved by the bigger holders. It is just annoying to be excluded from the vote.
