Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
No one put a gun against my head, Major. You're absolutely right and that's why I say that I take full responsibility for what I bought and believed in.
What made me wake up was an observation by Bob Moriarty in an article last week, where he said: " Speaking of Gata, they have done billions of dollars of damage to investors. Somehow they convinced tens of thousands of people that when gold went from $252 to $1923 that it was being suppressed and like the gold derivatives time bomb, gold was going to explode one day soon."

I am wondering whether everyone here is still convinced of the total transparency of some people within and close to GATA, who combined the work of GATA with the continued promotion of a.o. ECU silver for a long time.
Since I know that some who contributed to this promotion in Lemetropolecafe are/were also contributors on this site, it would at least help me (and possibly others) if they clear the name of GATA and themselves.
Too much conspiracy thinking on my part, because all miners went down the drain?
Possibly, but the case of ECU silver is slightly different from that of other junior miners/explorers, exactly because of this promotion campaign through Lemetropolecafe. I would be happy to have the idea cleared from the back of my head that Mr. Roy and a few Lemetropole contributors danced a for investors ugly and for them profitable tango using GATA as a gathering place of naive investors.
As far as I am concerned they have done GATA a very bad service.
