I would be interested in learning about the thought process that leads you to say that Clevenger and Sentient would sell their AUM shares for "next to nothing". What do you see as their motive for doing that? Do you think they don't see value in the company that would justify a higher price than that or is there some other way that you think they would benefit by selling, presumably at a loss, but for certain at a very low value? I believe the Sentient people are quite experienced and astute so by what reasoning would they be willing to give their shares away?
