I can see CCC being a seperate entity, but BH is owned by KWG of wich Cliffs has an interest.

I am a bit confused. It seems when we do a PP, cliffs % interest is diluted. Does cliffs have a rep. on KWG's BOD? since they hold about 17%? of KWG. If cliffs has no interest in CCC or BH, I wonder how those entities are set up.
