Cliffs were forced of the KWG Board when they tried their grab of KWG/SPQ several years ago. They at that time became our enemy and could no longer function as a member of the KWG Board. Due to their treachery, they became "persona non gratta" as far as KWG was concerned. All old-time holders of KWG, as you were Marlboro Dog, should surely remember those turbulent times in the saga of KWG/SPQ. rj
