For some reason I always thought that cliffs had no interest in CCC even though they own shares of KWG. Not sure how that corp. is stuctured but if I as a shareholder of KWG own an interest in CCC then Cliffs must own 16% of everything kwg has an interest in by virtue of their shares.

This minority interest could make them a lot of money. I think that is very funny after the history and bad blood between the two companies. :]]

With close to 700 million shares outstanding, I wonder who the largest shareholders are? Insiders dont account for much , so with all the shares outsatnding would cliffs be our largest shareholder? There must be some institutions out there that invested in previous PP's to get us to 700 million shares. That is a lot, so their must be some large shareholders other than Cliffs. Anyone know?
