I think this is great that the FN's are proactive about development.
A small concern ... I wonder if this would put any pressure on the concept of using natural gas as a primary energy input, ie. pressure that KWG would lose certain political support if they didn't support Five Nations by agreeing to purchase sufficient electricity to match goals. There must be a certain amount of power needed to make the project more viable.
But this is very good if it gets permanent power to some of the FN communities.
