Sorry Okiedo.   I assumed everyone had access to all the EIS documents, maps and the motherload of all LAC info on the main BLM project site.  There are lots of breadcrumbs spread throughout these documents.  This is where I found the very specific reference to a next gen all solid state battery factory onsite at TP.   Enjoy the reading.  It just makes me want to buy more LAC.........even at these prices.
