If I get time, I'll try to call LAC's IR people and clarify on timeline again. Last time I spoke with them, they indicated the clock started running on 1/21/20. But, I think it makes more sense to toll from when it actually entered the Federal Register. Either way, I expect that it'll be announced in the next 10-14 days.
