@Pavel Thank you for sharing this! You inspired me to put together a spreadsheet to calculate the NPV under different scenarios. I took your original file and added a second tab. It allows for one to change the price per ton LCE and other variables. It outputs NPV and Thacker Pass contribution to share price for various discount rates. I have also added the possibilities for expansion beyond phase 2 as noted as a possibility in the PFS and in an interview with Jonathan Evans. In reference to Phase 2: "The rail line streamlines the transportation of reagents and products, reduces operational costs and allows for significant future plant expansions". This spreadsheet is not perfect, but reasonably matches the model in the PFS. I'm still trying to figure out what I might be missing. Feedback is appreciated from anyone who is interested.
