I also see the stagnation time ahead of us, but have a bit of a different guess on the timeline / PPS. 

My theory is that last Friday was the news, and since government agencies normally release things like this after market close on Friday, that the actual news will get overshadowed by the weekend, etc. So I sold my 5000 shares @~ 19.3 then (been playing this stock for a while now but more-or-less this tranche I got in at $3.3 this past May). Evans said middle of the year (or third quarter) for the data and the financing, so my best guess is I'll miss out on the pop next week if we get it, but then will have a chance to get back in this coming May when excitement builds up again. I can actually see support further down, in the $13-14 range. But even if it "only" goes down to $16, that's still great compared to where we were! And a great launching point for the ~$30 or maybe $40 coming up with the DFS / JV announcements this year!
