I'll repost a comment from TOB by MsfStl that I was unaware of to the extent that he (or she) seems to be. Forgive me if many here were already aware and I'm behind the curve again.

"We already know there is a massacre site on the property it is located at the Northwest corner of the property and Lithium America has no intention of disturbing that portion of the area. These points were all taken into account and addressed in the denied injunction. Please read it and the associated exhibits. Additionally LAC has stated and has hired a third party to oversee the actual mining area for any archeological findings and has invited the relevent Tribes in for discussion on handling any finds. LAC has shown themselves to be above board on all facets of this and has shown a remarkably high level of respect to the area, the people and the environment."
