I see a discrepancy right here. This place was not maintained, at least not maintained for past 10 years or so. According to LAC lawyer, no Indian ceremony was ever spotted on this site.
Thats why is the archaeological research important. To make sure that nothing material is there. However, I am becoming slightly worried, that in this "modern America" the activism is far more important than extraction of minerals. I certainly do not see this project as "almost done" and to hope, that Evans has something up in his sleeves....
