Apologies, my comment was somewhat cryptic. What I meant to say, and what is concerning me, is that LAC needs a downstream customer(s) (and those customers need customers), and whilst all of this is going on, and newspapers continue to produce uninformed "clickbait", potential customers might be wary of commiting to LAC (because they are perceived not to have earned a social license to operate). This in turn could delay financing and delay the project. Thats it.

Judge Du will not be fooled, and I expect she will not be impressed by this latest motion.
