Roy , you are correct, after reading whole communique- it is a shares which LAC will finance a BO. So looks like 10% dilution as Pavel noticed.. You bringing good point about LAC hauling concentrate, very possible since the distance is only 100 km = 60 ml.
On another side, we can take “Sell of Argentina assets” of the table I think. Looks like LAC management planning to stay there and work closely with Gang. Hmmm… Did I miss something. Exciting time for LAC investors…
