I don't pretend to be any kind of financial wizard, but I have seen various schemes in the past from big and small companies. When selling off pieces, or some other kind of divestiture, there are times when a one time "dividend" or something is returned to the shareholders. Of course, if LAC needs working capital, then maybe somewhere between a little to a lot could go towards a dividend or something similar. Or not.... but throwing some chum to the fish to create some positive PR is not a bad idea.
