Talking from my perspective. My initial excitement beginning to wear of.  My initial investment was in LAC /Argentina, then we lost 50% of our investment followed by 51% for good amount of money to benefit future development in T-P. Fine...

  But I always wanted to have working lithium mine by 2023 at least. Now Jon telling us about benefits of separation, that might benefit LAC  financial situation if they receive huge amount of money and decide to sell whole Argentina.

  I would be not happy unless I receive  shares of the new company , that would de-risk my investment , otherwise I/we have to wait another 3 years  invested in the  junior miner.
