Thanks for posting this Elithx. JE has a plan and he knows what he is doing.   My Man crush continues. Need to listen to that a few more times over the weekend and post notes. Favorite initial part was the government loan terms if approved and the current contract rates for Li ($20-30k and then he mentioned $50k at the end).  GO LAC!!
