Can you ask her a couple of questions:

1. If there is no response to LAC's request for Oral Argument filed on August 11th, can we safely assume (by now) that it is going to be denied.

2. Should we anticipate any delays because of the Endagered Species request for the snail?

3. Are there any "time limits" for Judge Du to file a response given Plaintiffs and Defendants were ordered to file by August 11th and did so?
