I agree with you.  LAC's legal team, by requesting an Oral argument, showed a degree of uncertanty.

In my case, I was referring to the lack of Judge Du scheduling an oral argument hearing may be a sign that she does not feel it's necessary if she was going to side with the BLM and LAC anyway.  If she thought LAC needed more help to "win" their arguments, I would like to think she would have allowed them the opportunity.  In any case, I was not referring to LAC's legal team.  

Not sure if that helps, but just wanted to clarify that point.
