I think you are wrong. The company had quarterly earnings before taxes of over $5,000,000; before the one-time charge to settle the Fish matter (booked at $6.3mm). When you consider that, plus the subsequent events, I think the quarterly is just fine and where it was expected to be. So please, RELAX!!!
