What the hell's so appalling about settling for pennies on the buck with Fish? He could have been a major pain in the arse 18 months ago. now we give up @ 5-7% of our cash to get him out of the way, hopefully once and for all. Cash is still coming into the coffers, and we're now finding a way to parlay our income and perhaps leverage our financing with (and maybe our future position) Holcom, the same way Schwartz used to stick us?..a long time ago, but remember the fears we had when we thought they may have a shot at grabbing our IP?
The universally held saying "takes $ to make $" seems to be in play here.
Want to go back to the days when we were sub .10 and didn't have a pot to piss in? Think Giff, and Nunnally was working more in your favor then?
Please step back and take another look.
