I think they added Patriot for two reasons:

First, to rid themselves of any future litigation which may have beenc aused by not having us as plantiffs.

Second, Lets face it what do we do but license ours patents. TPL is at least trying to be a chip company.With us being included the term patent troll could appear to have some significance.
