But consider the following:

#1  We dont know what total $$ was for the four signing this  quarter..

#2. Stock Divis  help broad the base of shareholders, keep longs..long.  It brings attention to stock.. brings investors.   People doing DD now see this company has paid out  2 cash Divis .. read the company has received over  48 million....

The stock will move to higher pps... with more shareholders, more investors... this is a way of bring attention to the stock..

Maybe tomorrow we get some more answers..... but all i know is that we keep getting more licenses....14  with  400+ more   looks pretty steady cash flow coming...
