Message: Amigator, yes those are all valid reasons, however,

the current situation we are in does not call for dividends. Any company who is in a growth mode, as we are supposed to be, is looking for cash to grow their business. They take loans out, go public, do secondary offerings, and just about anything they can to raise capital to reinvest into growing and expanding themselves...they don't give it away...its the most valuble thing we could have in our current state.

We are not a mature firm generating hoards of steady cash flow. Only when a company growth has reached a plateau do they even think of issuing a steady dividend. We are currently only on the platform ready to jump into growth and we give all our money away. IMO It defies all business logic???? But our BOD must know what's best for shareholders right?...sure.
