As I recall there the validity of the Patents had been litigated in Federal Courts before there was even a law suit filed in San Jose and later transfered to Rocket Docket in Texas. That would Res Judicata regarding the filing by Mr. Ravichar...
May be someone could post that fact after researching it. It certaily will put the kybosh on the rumors flying as to what impact Ravichar will have on the litigation...
