Kelly... No need to dig that PR up.. I know exactly which one you are referring to.. because it bugged the crap outta me. I have done my dd and have come to the conclussion that that was a misstatement by PTSC.. Fut found that SEC link which explains it (don't google %, use percent) , and I have a second confirmation. I do not know why PTSC chose to include that language in that PR, but it was IMVHO incorrect... Perhaps they wanted the warrant conversion to be under wraps for as long as possible.. I don't know.
