I think it would look very bad if Pohl knows that S&L are selling like mad and then he states: "I have know idea why the SP is constantly being driven down". This is pretty much what he's saying. He's got the most important court case in his career coming up. I don't think he's going to play games with what he knows or doesn't know about the stock price action. If he knew S&L were selling massive amounts of stock, he wouldn't come out and say that the SP action is "perplexing" - he wouldn't touch the subject with a 10 foot pole. (Pun intended) He would be silent on it.
