Judging from your posts, I believe you're more up to speed than I am regarding everthing Patriot Scientific. It does give me some comfort that you're willing to bet 50% of your shares.

However, when reading Pohl's letter, I interpreted the particular passage as stating: I really don't know why the SP is down or I'm surprised that it is down. If he knows about S&L selling lots of shares, would you agree that he really shouldn't be surprised about the SP Action?

I work on the legal and compliance side of the financial services industry. If I reviewed that letter before it's release, I would certainly have suggested omitting that passage or at least rewriting it to state something like the SP action is "unfortunate" rather than "perplexing". I don't work with penny stocks so it might be a different game than what I'm used to.
