Totally agree.

I would never hype my company or a product if I did not know my company's future 90 days out. If PTSC wins the Markman, money cometh in leaps and bounds. If PTSC does not win, the considerable cash on hand will have to start a new business. PR hype needs grounded facts these days, not the Party like it's 1999 world of yesteryears.

I think Pohl and gang have a plan and they are the same guys who brought PTSC from trading <100K shares some days and a pps of $0.10. Not bad.

We'll know more in ~60 days, IMO.
