I am not sure of your post but i will answer it in honest. the positives of ptsc are numerous. 50% ownership of a very important patent. No debt. the potential for enormous revenue with virtually zero cost. the "potential" to use the revenue to move the company to obtain other revenue streams could be huge. now because i state what i believe to be the obvious that our team has done none of that you assume i am a whiner? if you want to wave pompoms, fine. the positives are easy to discuss, the real issues are what ptsc is doing as a company. i happen to think with the right management group this stock could be worth, easily, over $10 a share. The interest in this stock is zero. Look at the volume. Management does not want to draw attention to the stock now? Why? Yet we attempted a dog and pony show in New York last year, i believe with the wall street reprteer, and flopped - we were in litigation at that time also.. We hire pr firms and we get very little when there is so much to tell. We file late. We talk about moving the company forward, but we hand out the money in dividends (yes, i too like getting dividends on a stock i paid .05 for....but a company in PTSC position should be stashing the cash.. you can spin it anyway you want, but paying divys at this stage in ptsc makes no sense. unless you examine the company and find that the debt financer has basically a handpicked bod.....and no employees. and you wonder why the stock is not taken seriously. it is what it is, imo, a vote of no confidence in the management.
jhawk...i would love an honest debate. now you tell me what the BOD has done?
have a nice night,
