At first read I though this was a joke. 

Let's name those positives.  I'll give you a head start:

1. Part owner of MMP with 16 license deals in the bag and a divy paid from an OTC stock. Good stuff except one little detail. In a few weeks, we are going to court to see if we really own anything worth a license .  Please invest lots.  Really, we think we will win.  Now, give us your hard earned money.
2. Your turn. (Remember, there are so many positives for the company to tout)

I think I'm done with the whiners today.  It is getting old.
