The numbers were verified by others. The process was described in detail by Mac.Lakrone I beleive. He noted that after the serving of the portfolio on the potential infringers they get the responses which are claassfied in the catagories he gave nubers for.

The 20 number, as I recall, was the group who have been issued licences, (16to date), and those who are haggeling on the size of the check they should write.

My feeling was that we should be seeing 4 more added to the 16 number in near future, especially if the Markman goes our way...
