11) On acquisitions: This is a priority with the company now, and they have been in discussion with several companies. In fact one Billion$ company with whom they had talks with, which had reached an impass on which company was worth more dollars, recently had called back for restart of the merger talks...

I got the impression that getting a company that actually is producing products which "Use" the MMP portfolio is considered urgent by the management in light of the e-Bay case decided by the Supreme Court, which denies injunctive releif to patent holders who are not producing any products using the technology protected by their patents...
