Kelly... I think it has been fairly obvious that TPL's plan has been to sign 'system manufactures' rather than semi companies... and those companies that have signed, who may also produce some chips (and thanks to fs) we have seen the 'MMP Technology' clauses.. ie Fujitsu, Seiko Epson and most recently Sharp. One other thought if it hasn't already been pointed out, the 4 Toshiba entities, if/when they were to settle, would probably be considered as one signing.
