Ron...Who can accumulate and reduce their risk???...

The ‘alleged accumulator’, (even if one exists), IMO, is someone or entity that has some degree of control in reducing their risk, hence.. they would have some measure of control in the overall situation. If this entity is accumulating, they are convinced that sp will increase...so one of two events need to occur... either a Markman win for TPL/PTSC or a settlement of ARM/J2 prior to Ward’s judgment.

ARM is the only player in this arena in a position that can reduce risk, if choosing to invest in PTSC. They are in a position to influence the sp in an upward direction. While they cannot control Ward’s decision, an ARM/J2 settlement, IMO will no doubt cause an increase in sp, hence reducing their ‘investment’ risk and that is something they can influence. Could be, IMO, that's why ARM stepped into the litigation in the first place. ARM had to protect themselves and wanted to have some measure of control in the situation. This is all speculation, of course.

Got to run....Have a nice day, everyone!!!
