Imo the deal for the first ten million warrants was canceled by Swatrz after seeing what he would recieve. It would have been a great deal for us. I think it also shows that Pohl and the company were in no position to play hardball with him. Instead we go to open market and avg. .70 a share for 10 mil.

On February 3, 2006, the Company agreed to redeem 2,000,000 warrants for $252,420 and payment for the redemption occurred in March 2006.
