I believe you are 100% wrong.
We have money in the bank and all Mr. Pohl did was give me more stock with the dividend. We have to count on them to determine the correct way to handle finances. Mr Pohl was a lawyer and I think a good lawyer. He made the hard call in 2005 that put this stock worth pennies at the time with huge debt on the map. I was constantly bugging Ken Au Yeung about why don't they do this and why don't they do that. He always just passed the info along, which I appreciated. After a while, I started to think. What can David Pohl do? Not much more than he has already done, hitched himself to the TPL star, and tried to make our company solvent. He knew what he knew. The ballgame wa over with the Markman from his perspective. This is his area of expertise and he had brought us to the promised land.
Now the real deal is coming forward: Patriot Scientific Technology. We have an Insider, a man with more experience and understanding than anyone on this board times 10 on the field of technology. I requested to Ken at least a year ago that they let Turley run with the ball. Ken said he would pass it on and I'm sure he did. Mr. Pohl was indicating to me in some of the shareholder letters that Mr. Turley was becoming active. When he said the company was going to be OK even if things did not go well with the Markman, he was referring to the darling of his eye: Jim Turley. I believe that David Pohl is a hard nosed poker player and you better watch out because he knows how to play the game. He squeezed every penny with no staff, no frivolous wasteful expenses and focused on the bottem line. No stocks in this category provide dividends but he did. He was letting everybody know that this was the real deal and we were going to get our money's worth. He's from Ohio and those folks don't mess around. It's farm country and they pinch there pennies. He is a company man. All I had to do was see his photo and what he said and I was sure. Everything didn't happen one, two, three, and its frustrating Ttccrr. That is the name of building a company. There are very few, in fact, only one Bill Gates.
We must now wait. Wait for the licences, wait for the exchange change, wait for the financiers. This wait makes victory all the more sweeter. Ask a Boston Red Sox fan, ask a New England Patriots fan. This is what I am ultimately waiting. I have faith in my country, I have faith in goodness and I have faith in PTSC.
Cheers, Oscar
