But, remember, Qualcomm was a "one-trick pony" producing not the CDMA but the IC's that contained their CDMA format. They couldn't outsell the big boys BUT did own the patent rights tot he technology the other IC producers were using.

They played that patent into BILLIONS but they also manufacture the ICs with CDMA imbedded PlUS get the royalties and License revenue to go with that income from maufacturing.. ...61,000,000 of them per their recent Q.

If PTSC wins some big and more importantly ONGOING,REPETITIVE license fees and parlays that into acquisitions, combo's or whatever that add to the patent revenue then we could very well see the same occur here.
